Mrs. Millie Parker Toecane, N C Loafers Glory My mother found this photo, which apparently belonged to her father, Rosler C. Gouge (1881-1956). My grandfather had two Garland descents and had three siblings who married Garlands, but I have been unable to determine the identity of "Mrs. V.R. Garland" and "Mrs. Millie Parker." I've scanned the back as well as the front, so you can read it for yourself; it's possible I misread it. |
