Herman Eisold, 66, of 1623 Blocki Court, died at his home last evening after being in ill health for the past year.
Born in Sheboygan on March 15, 1894, he was the son of the late Charles and Lena Eisold.
On Nov. 20, 1914, he was united in marriage to the former Hilda Kleist and the couple have been lifelong residents of this city. Mr. Eisold had been an employee of the Hayssen Co. for a period of 15 years until his retirement a year ago due to ill health.
He was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors are his wife, five daughters, Mrs. Eugene (Sylvera) Bartzen, Miss Harriette Eisold, Mrs. Thomas (Hildegarde) Goric, Mrs. August (Sabina) Herman Jr., and Mrs. Arthur (Marion) Weber, all of Sheboygan. Twelve grandchildren, one great-grandson and one sister, Mrs. Lena Hurtienne of Sheboygan, also survive him. One grandchild, three brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Nickel's Funeral Home. The Rev. Arnold Wenger, pastor of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church will offiate at the services. Burial will take place in the Lutheran Cemetery.
Firends may call at the funeral home after 2:30 on Sunday.
