Mrs. Anna Kubel, 95, widow of Ernst E., a resident of Sunny Ridge, died there early Sunday evening.

The former Anna Kleist, she was born here, Oct. 10, 1879, a daughter of the late Adam and Barbara Kleist.

Her marriage to Mr. Kubel of Sheboygan Falls took place May 15, 1897. The couple lived in Falls until moving to Sheboygan in 1901.

Her husband, a cabinet maker by trade, died in June, 1965.

Mrs. Kubel was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church here.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edward (Louise) Stegner; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Hilda Eisold, all of Sheboygan.

A son, two daughters, a grandson and several sisters and brothers preceded her in death.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels, with the Rev. Donald J. Knecht, St. Peter pastor, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral chapels after 11 a.m. Tuesday.

A memorial has been established in Mrs. Kubel's name for St. Peter Church.
